Tertera di depan pintu jam pelayanan dimulai pukul 08.00 WIB, namun saat ini saya sdg menunggu pada pukul 08.13 CS blm dapat melayani, masih prepare. Padahal waktu sangat berharga meskipun beberapa menit

pelayanan bagus antrian panjang tapi gapapa wajar karna sedang pandemi,semoga ttap ramah playanannya .tambahin tempat duduk diluar biar tdk berdiri itu saja ,makasih

Sebelum saya mohon maaf untuk pihak Bank BRI namun Tombol Mesin ATM nya sudah macet, kemudian tombol angka nya juga harus di perbaiki. Kemudian kalo kalian kepencet tarik tunai yang RP 1.250.000 maka otomatis kartu ATM kalian akan di blokir oleh pihak bang BRI ( Saya pernah mengalami nya ). Menurut saya buat apa diadakan menu Tarik Tunai sebesar RP 1.250.000 kalo bisa membuat kartu ATM kita ter blokir!!! Mending di hilangin aja dah tuh yang Menu Tarik tunai sebesar RP 1.250.000. Semoga kalian gak ngalamin hal semacam itu ya, Amin. Sekian Terimakasih...

Then if you press a cash withdrawal of IDR 1,250,000 then your ATM card will automatically be blocked by the BRI party (I have experienced it). In my opinion, why do you have a Cash Withdrawal menu of IDR 1,250,000 if you can block our ATM card !!! Instead, just leave it with the Cash Withdrawal Menu of IDR 1,250,000. Padahal saya datang lebih awal. Mentang² nasabah lain kenal sama orang dalem jadi didahulukan. Mau aktivasi IB udah nunggu 2jam lebih masih nunggu aja katanya lama karena nasabah tersebut aktivasi 8 rekening. Minta didahulukan karena saya bawa anak kecil yang sudah nangis² gk bisa, cs nya gk ramah sama sekali. Astagfirullah... Pelayanannya mancing emosi. Kalau gak salah nama CS nya HILDA. Tolong lebih ramah lagi jadi CS kalau ada yang urgent banget harusnya bisa didahulukan, tingkatkan pelayanannya.
