The queuing system was upgraded ... came early ... Photo copy of ID card lost ... Done at the end ... made for customer service anyway ...

Krn lg bnyk yg ambil pensiunan..nasabah lain d layani gk ramah.. teller & cs ttep ramah mlh satpam ny yg menyebalkan!!!

Because many are taking retirees ... other customers are not being served friendly ... tellers & cs are still friendly, the security guards are annoying !!!
Mo, whatever it is, if someone asks, answer politely ...
Better the security guard who used to be friendly !!!

β β β β β Kalau pencairan Pinjaman Pasti Cepat. Tetapi untuk pencairan BLT, masyarakat di suruh menunggu hingga berhari-hari, padahal, diperhatikan setiap hari jumlah antrian tidak terlalu ramai, setiap antrean masih bisa dihitung jari. ditapi pihak mereka menyebutkan setiap hari mencairkan BLT untuk 30 orang, logikanya dimana?
If the disbursement of the loan must be fast. But for BLT disbursement, people were told to wait for days, even though, it was noticed that every day the number of queues was not too crowded, each line could still be counted on fingers. But they said that every day they disbursed BLT for 30 people, where is the logic?
