★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS yang perempuannya kurang ramah, nada bicara saat menjawab pertanyaan nasabah ketus, selalu memotong pembicaraan lawan bicaranya sebelum selesai bicara. berbeda dengan pengalaman pelayanan CS bank lain yang lebih sopan, komunikatif, sabar dan bisa menghargai.
CS whose women are not friendly, the tone of voice when answering customer questions is curt, always interrupting the conversation of the interlocutor before he finishes speaking. different from the experience of other bank CS services which are more polite, communicative, patient and able to appreciate.
