★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank cabang BNI paling pemalas yang saya pernah datangi, masa saya mau buka rekening di cs dudah tau lagi sepi cs nya juga lagi diem di mejanya malah saya suruh bikin rekening lewat online, kan itu cs lagi standby gak ada kerjaan susahnya apa bantu saya buatkan rekening malah saya harus bikin rekening secara online padahal saya sudah dateng di bank nya, sangan MENGECEWAKAN BNI tolong tutup sajah cabang yang ini, terus satpamnya bilang itu peraturannya harus online dulu baru kalo gagal di online di bantu sama CS nya yaampun membuang waktu
 The laziest BNI branch bank I've ever been to, when I want to open an account at cs, I know it's quiet again, the cs is also sitting at the desk, I even asked to make an account online, right, cs is on standby, there's no hard work instead I have to make an account online even though I have arrived at the bank, it's very DISAPPOINTING BNI please just close this branch, then the security guard says that the rules must be online first then if you fail online, the CS will help, sorry it's a waste of time

kebijakan aturan kantor cabang seenak nya saja. inti nya kecewa pernah berurusan dengan bank bni

Branch office rules are arbitrary. The point is that I'm disappointed that I've ever dealt with a BNI bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah nunggu 2 hari malah dipotong sama yang kolektif dan baru dateng, tolong lah kalau ada yang booking kolektif seperti itu hari nya juga dikolektifkan, misalkan di hari sabtu .. biar nasabah yang benar" terdesak dan sangat membutuhkan tidak kecewa banyak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kehilangan buku tabungan dan apes bener ATM nya juga ruksak, lalu aku laporan kehilangan di polsek dan aku antri di cs dah lama baru di panggil eh ternyata suruh kejakarta pembuka rekening pertama, lalu aku pulang dengan waktu kebuang setengah hari. Lalu aku contac center ke pusat coba ke cabangnya. Eh ternyata bisa di bank BNI kcp majalengka. Kenapa di BNI jatinwangi gk suruh ke cabang malah ke jakarta...? Whay...?
