★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang memuaskan karna kekurangan pegawai yang menjadi teller,cuma satu dengan nasabah yang hampir +-100orang/perhari,kurang ramah dan lelet,kalo ngambil uang juga dibatasi,alasannya bagi bagi buat yang lain,harus siapin waktu dan kesabaran,kasian yang udah tua menunggu sampai ngantuk transaksi disini,tapi berhubung dekat dengan rumah,ya mau gmn lagi.
The service is not satisfactory because of the shortage of employees who are tellers, only one with customers is almost + -100 people / day, less friendly and slow, if taking money is also limited, the reason for others, must be prepared for time and patience, old age waiting until sleepy transactions here, but since it's close to home, I want it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kenapa harus buka pendaftaran online kalau ujung2 harus ke unit nya langsung untuk mengambil nya. giliran untuk isi saldo pertama mah harus di buru2. kenapa si kartu/buku tabungan nya ga harus kirim via pos indonesia,jne, atau yang lain nya gitu.
why do you have to open online registration if you have to go to the unit directly to pick it up. My turn to top up the first balance must be in a hurry. Why doesn't the card/passbook have to be sent via post Indonesia, JNE, or something else?
