★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah, punya masalah buat mbangking karena kartu ke blokir niatnya mau minta bantuan ke CS , malah udah dibantu diselesaikan sama satpamnya sampe gak jadi ke CS ... Waktu pun jadi singkat
Bintang 5 buat pak satpam bukan sekedar jaga pintu namun mengerti masalah costumernya...
Sangat membantu Good Job
Thank God, I had a problem lying down because my card was blocked, I wanted to ask for help from CS, instead the security guard helped me to solve it so it didn't go to CS... Time was short
5 stars for the security guard is not just guarding the door but understanding the customer's problems...
