Semisal emang ngga bisa melalui hp kan bisa melaluin bank langsung sedangkan saya sudah di situ tapi di bilng ngga bisa. Sungguh saya kecewa sekali

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang, kursi di dalam terbatas, tapi nasabah menunggu diluar hanya disediakan 3 kursi tambahan saja.
CS jam 13.00 belum siap, padahal saya dan nasabah lain sudah menunggu antrian.
Saya tegur security, jawabnya "saya belum konfirmasi ke petugas CS nya"
Service is lacking, seats inside are limited, but customers waiting outside are only provided with 3 additional seats.
CS at 13.00 is not ready, even though I and other customers are already waiting in line.
I reprimanded security, he replied "I haven't confirmed it to the CS officer"
