Yang datang duluan malah di selak sama yang baru datang..
Dengan alasan sudah mengantri dari jam 12..
Pada hal buka antrian aja baru jam 12.50..
Gak sesuai SOP banget sih..!!!
The ob'a officer gave a queue number that didn't match the arrival..
Those who came first were even in between the ones that just arrived..
By reason of already queuing from 12 o'clock..
When it comes to opening the queue, it's only 12:50.
Not according to the SOP really..!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenapa ya BCA Kokas udah ngantri panjang buat setor tunai, pas ada bapak2 kaya itu diduluin ga ikut ngantri? mana setorannya lama bgt. Disamain dong nextnya sama2 ngantri, kalo emg mau di prioritasin, tellernya sendiri gitu. Ini tellernya mana cuma 1 yang buka, main dikasih selak aja lagi orang2 kaya gini
Why is BCA Kokas already in long queues for cash deposits, when there are rich gentlemen who don't join the queue first? where the deposit is very long. Let's do the same next time, we're both waiting in line, if we really want to prioritize, the teller is the same. Which teller is this, only 1 is open, just give people a chance to play like this
