Saya minta nmax saya service ringan ya udah saya pantau tuh motor pengen liat yg di cek apa aja.. tapi ko yg di buka cuma filternya doang terus di kompresor di pasang lagi udah selesai.. gak ada pengecekan tekanan ban. Gak ada pengecekan busi gak ada pengecekan yg lainnya padahal kalau menurut SOP banyak yg harus di cek. kalau cuma buka filter kaya gitu saya bisa ngerjain sendiri.. bayar 80 ribu cuma bersihin saringan udara..

I asked for a light service for my Nmax. I've been monitoring the motor. I want to see what's being checked.. but the only thing that is open is the filter, then the compressor is installed again, it's finished.. there is no tire pressure check. There is no spark plug check, no other checks, even though according to the SOP, there are many things that need to be checked. if I just open the filter like that I can do it myself.. I pay 80 thousand just to clean the air filter..

Provides Yamaha Visiting Service. At first I was also confused that my NMax motorbike couldn't be turned on, it was a hassle if the service had to be brought by the motorbike, the cook had to be pushed to the nearest repair shop :D. Fortunately, Yamaha Pelita Motor can provide SKY services (Yamaha Visit Service).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada pengalaman dikit nih terkait Service di pelita motor ,jadi kmrin Jumat pagi sktar jam 08,30an sy datang ke pelita motor rncana Service krna sdh mau akhir bln takut garansi Service habis,motor sih jarang dipakai jauh2 ,km masih 3000an,smpai dsana ke Cust.Service( CS) dpt antrian no.15 ,ini Service msh gratis jadi hnya ganti oli saja yg berbayar ,ok sy bilang ganti oli aja memang baru sekali ganti oli ,sy pikir lama nih slsai jadi sy tinggal tapi sy sdh bilang ke CS bahwa motor sy tnggal dan nnti akan di tlp CS diinfo klo udh slsai ,sblmn pulang sy liat motor ban sedikit kempes kurang angin ada gulungan benang di roda ,ok sy pikir ah nnti paling juga dicek mekanik biar dibersihin benangnya dan tambah angin .singkat cerita stlh sy tnggal ga ada sejam ,sy di WA CS Pelita motor bhw motor sdh selesai ,wah cepat sekali sy pikir mngkin slsai hbs sholat Jumat ,
Sampai dsana ke CS selesaikan administrasi, kemudian st bawa motor tuh tanpa cek kondisi motor ,baru smpai kluar mau k jalan raya kok berat ,ternyata ban kempes .,ya udh sy balik lagi dong .dari situ sy tanya ke mekanik sama CS ,ini motor tadi diservis apa ga ,kok kaya ga diapa apain ,.ban masih kempes roda msh ada gulungan benang . Mereka bilang sdh kok pak ,sempat berdebat dengan mekaniknya , ditunjukkan ada paku menancap di ban,sy bilang hrsnya anda cek dong keseluruhan masa bisa kelewat ..jadi klo gini Khan sy timbul kecurigaan ,dari waktu servis yg cepat bisa jadi mungkin oli aja ga diganti ..sekian mohon tingkatkan pelayanan klo tdk mau kehilangan customer !!
I have a little experience regarding service at motorbike lamps, so yesterday morning at 08.30 I came to motorbike lamps planning service because I was about to end the month, I was afraid that the warranty service would run out, the motorbike is rarely used far away, the km is still 3000, until I get to Cust .Service (CS) got queue number 15, this service is still free, so it's only an oil change that is paid for, ok I said just changing the oil, I just changed the oil once, I thought it was over so I stayed but I told CS that My motorbike is dead and I'll call CS later to inform you when it's finished. Before going home, I saw that the tire was a little flat, there was no wind, there was a spool of thread on the wheel, ok, I think ah, I'll have to check the mechanics so I can clean the thread and add air. Long story short after I I don't have an hour left, I'm in WA CS Pelita Motor that the motorbike has been completed, wow, that's really fast, I thought maybe it was the end of Friday prayers,
Until there, go to CS, complete the administration, then take the motorbike without checking the condition of the motorbike, just when it comes out of the highway, how come it's heavy, it turns out that the tire is flat, yes, I've come back again. Was it serviced or not, how come there's nothing wrong with the tire, the tire is still flat, the wheel still has a spool of thread. They said that, sir, I had an argument with the mechanic, it was shown that there was a nail stuck in the tire, I said you should check it, the whole time could be too late. .. so please improve service if you don't want to lose customers!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big place, good service for yamaha motorcycle..they have lot of technician..i suggest you to come around 8am if you dont want to have long queue...They also wash your motorcycle for free afterwards..
