Saya datang disambut security minta rubah nomor HP untuk m bangking diarahin ke mesin ATM tp ditinggal,
Security malah ngobrol sama temannya di luar dan setiap saya datengin untuk nanya malah ditinggal",
Saya coba daftar sendiri dengan sepengetahuan saya, pas salah dan coba lapor malah dijawab "ya gak bisa lah" dengan nada tinggi oleh tellernya..
Diajak ke mesin atm untuk coba ulang pas gagal ujung"nya disuruh coba lg besok,
Dikira saya karyawan mandiri yg sudah tau semua proses kerja sistem di mandiri??!!
Karyawan kalian aja belum tentu paham semua sama proses kerja di mandiri..
Serious service !!!

I came to be greeted by security asking to change the cellphone number to be bankrupt directed to the ATM machine but left behind,
Security actually chats with his friend outside and every time I come to ask, I just leave him ",
I tried to register myself with my knowledge, when I was wrong and tried to report it, the teller answered "yes it can't be" in a high tone.
Invited to the ATM machine to try again when it failed, he was told to try again tomorrow,
I thought I was an independent employee who already knew all the work processes of the system independently ?? !!
Your employees don't necessarily understand all the work process independently ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here we go... What ever the day, all of us need the cash in Jakarta since payment with cash is common in commercial transaction in Jakarta or Indonesia for sure.
This Bank service regular transaction as well and there is Mandatory ATM inside of the bank office that open for 24hour service.
So we don't have to worry about office hours for the transactions for withdrawals and transfers services
