★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanggal 30/07/2021ke kantor cabang ini buat bikin kartu atm baru dan dibantu sama Mba Langit pelayanannya ramah dan cepa, semua pelayanan disini juga sudah sesuai prokes. Saran juga kalo mau datang dari pagi supaya dapat nomor antrian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya lambat sekali, saya sudah mengisi form di e-branch bca dpt dijam 9pagi, tapi ternyata suruh ambil nmr antrian dan bikin ulang lagi dari awal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telepon KCP entah rusak atau gimana susah bgt dihubungi jadi terkendala mau tarik tunai dari teller diatas 100. Mohon respon baiknya semoga teleponnya dapat cepat diperbaiki.
The KCP phone is damaged or something, it's really difficult to contact so it's difficult to withdraw cash from a teller above 100. Please respond well, hopefully the phone can be repaired quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian lama banyak yg bikin kartu baru, dari Desember 2021 sampai Maret 2022 tidak ada perbaikan. Semua harus ke CS. Tidak ada solusinya .
Many old queues make new cards, from December 2021 to March 2022 there is no improvement. Everyone has to go to CS. There is no solution .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sudah baik, cukup ramah dan cepat. Alangkah lebih baik jika ada petugas yg mengarahkan antrian sebelum mendapatkan nomor kode antrian bank. Sering terjadi bentrok dgn sesama nasabah (tidak semua paham budaya antri) alias serobotan. Terima kasih.
Service is good, quite friendly and fast. It would be better if there were officers who directed the queue before getting the bank queue code number. There are frequent clashes with fellow customers (not all understand the culture of queuing) aka serobotan. Thank you.
