★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffnya semuanya tidak ada yang ramah, pada miskomunikasi dan tidak informatif. Kalau mau test PCR di sini pas kondisi kita lagi demam/gak fit mending jangan di sini deh test PCRnya, soalnya nanti digibahin dan dikucilkan sama staff-staff di sini?
Sewaktu di swab pun mas-mas dan mbak-mbak yang bertugas gak ada basa basi apapun, gak ada salam sapa juga. Udah aja saya masuk ruangan - buka masker - langsung dicolok. Mbak di dalam juteeeek banget.
Biasanya saya swab sih dikasih info dulu sebelum dicolok, misal “ini ya kak alatnya masih steril”
Atau, pas lagi mau dicolok “agak dangak ya”/“sudah selesai ya kak”
Dan pas sudah kelar “nanti hasilnya dikirim ke email/whatsapp ya”
Ini mah gak ada sama sekali.
The staff are all unfriendly, on miscommunication and uninformative. If you want to do a PCR test here, when we are in a fever/not fit, don't come here for the PCR test, because it will be abandoned and ostracized by the staff here
Even during the swab, the ladies and gentlemen on duty didn't have any small talk, no greetings either. I just entered the room - I took off my mask - it was immediately plugged in. Ma'am in juteeeeek really.
I usually give the swab information before plugging it in, for example, "Here, bro, the tool is still sterile"
Or, just when you want to plug it in "a little bit huh" / "It's finished, sis"
And when it's finished, "the results will be sent to email/whatsapp, okay?"
This doesn't exist at all.
