★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spend 3 days 2 nights staycation during lebaran holiday.
Pros:
1. Affordable 5 stars hotel with very spacious units and good cleanliness.
2. Direct access to Lotte Avenue. Easy to buy foods or if you just want to stroll around in the mall
3. Sufficient parking spots
4. Good facilities. Swimming pool, gym, outdoor playground
Cons:
1. Terrible check in time readiness. Came at 2PM, the room was not even ready. Waiting till 3PM to eventually got a free room upgrades replacement. Anyway, thank you for the positive gesture from the front desk dealing with this.
2. I understand it's covid-19 restriction to have buffet breakfast, but room breakfast serving in carton and paper cups i consider as not a 5 stars quality. Goes the same with the food taste.
3. More over, the number of meals and drinks were too restricted to the number of guests. It was hard for me to get more cups of drinks or extra bread, and i wasn't talking about main dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visit this place and stay there for one day with my son in my friend's place. It is really comfortable and clean. All the workers are nice and polite. The swimming pool is very big and so clean. This place have very good kids playground outdoor and outdoor. At the lobby there is a massage couch, so you can relax for few minutes. The buffet in the morning is also perfect, it's fresh and the meals taste really good. If I visit south Jakarta, especially Kuningan I might stay there again. The place has link that direct to the Kuningan mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfy apartment to stay with great pool and kids playground. If you need more playground, it takes only a minute walk to Lotte Shopping Avenue to find other kids playground options.

We always enjoyed our staycations and the swimming pool in the past. However during our recent 2 stays in late Dec and now, we were shocked to find the swimming pool were very dirty. Not sure where my grand daughter got rashes all over her body after she swam. The pool staff informed us that water filter machine had some problem for sometime and they don't use Chlorinated solution to clean the water.
I really hope the management take immediate actions to make sure the water is clean enough for swimming as many your kids/ babies love to swim there.
By the way you can compare the water color between this hotel and the other hotel nextdoor on my attached photo.
Below is my old review : One of the best value for staycation with family in Jakarta area. Nice spacious apartment with fully equiped kitchen , great services , facilities ( pool , lounge, Gym, Kid playground ,etc ), strategic location ( connected to the mall ) and friendly staffs. This is really good value even compared with most expensive service apartments in Jakarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast was superb! The 2nd floor is connected to Lotte shopping avenue. Very handy. Get high floor room to enjoy high rise city view. Rooms was clean, staffs were very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartment in central Jakarta, good size and facilities for kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, aqua gallon), coffee and tea amenity, Laundry machine, iron and ironing board as well as bathroom amenity. (Would be good to add bar soap at wash basin, laundry detergent as first amenity).
Food could be improve such as presentation for breakfast box, taste and quality of lunch menu.
