★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room and hospitality. The swimming pool is quite small in term of width of pool. I dont know why but my television is having some weird issue, we have turned off the TV however there was some voice like podcast come out from TV when we slept. I think it is connected with someone else's bluetooth. Hope it can be checked, otherwise it will feel spooky

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable places in a very strategic place in south Jakarta. The room is very big for a 1 bedroom. They even provide washing machine, cooking utensils, microwave and a very big refrigerator. Overall its a very pleasant experience. Very recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another bad experience from a well known apartment. First, we are only given 2 access cards for a room that fits 6 people. The parking space are only for those with access cards. Second, breakfast is only served for 5 people. Lastly, we called for housekeeping but no one picked the phone up. We called the operator but no response. Such a mess. IDR 4 million per night. Bad service. Not recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, it was a nice hotel. But the cleanliness could be improved. It seemed the housekeepers were too occupied with handling too many rooms? Same with another Ascott in the city, we found out that the fridge, spoons, forks, plates, cups etc were not really clean. Especially under this pandemic situation, this was quite alarming. We had to wash everything once again. Another issue was, upon entering the room and switching on the TV, TV programs were not available. We then checked the WiFi and deskphone too. Both were not working. We had to postpone our sightseeing since we had to wait for the engineers. Time was wasted, and of course, witnessing the engineers working so hard to check the cables, the connection, etc, we didn't have the heart not to tip them. (Though on the other hand, we were also afraid that this might be a bad precedence: one may possibly intentionally damage the connection, or other facilities in future, just to get the tip for his/her repair works?)

Both are great experiences. Very comfy place to stay in, with friends and family.
Very spacious living room and room. You can cook there and i can say it’s quite complete with the amenities.
Surely will go back for another staycation trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very satisfied to stay here for 2 nights. Great hospitality, friendly staffs, cleanliness and fully equipped kitchen set, so I can cook my fave food. But since the pandemic, you can't eat breakfast at the restaurant, so they deliver the food to the hotel room. But it’s fine. Will definitely come back. Thanks :)
