★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made PCR test appointment at 12pm through the website. Received confirmation via whatsapp to come at 12pm. When I arrived, security personnel told me that the medical personnels were on a break until 1pm. If it is break time at 12pm then don't make any open slot and provide confirmation to come at that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, hope my below reviews is objectively true.
I know this place from my office medical check up program that chose Ciputra Medical Center (CMC).
Prior my schedule of the MCU, they sent an brief and complete email contained all related informations, forms to be filled and submitted when come etc. and also ID card since prior MCU, swab antigen has to be taken with negative result.
When i came in the early 8 AM, their staff welcomed nicely, i gave the prior forms with copy ID, later the staff asked me to input any form once again, after done, i had first to queue for swab antigen test, quite people came at that day, actually, the test divided into two separate place, one for public/private and the other one is for under corporate. And once again the other staff asked me to input any form prior the swab antigen test. For the swab antigen test itself it was running good.
After confirming negative result, next my colleagues and i were asked to go the other part of clinic, went to long and clean corridor, to something like a lobby/reception for medical check up purpose. The lay out was nice with separated chairs yet clean. There were staffs bussy in their working space with adequate APD.
For all check up programs such as taking blood & urine test, blood pressure, height/weight, EKG & USG and including meals (snack & lunch) were performed nicely by their staffs and doctors.
The property & facility of this clinic was all quite good and giving modern impression.
Inside the clinic including skin and beauty clinic, dental clinic etc.if not mistaken.
The MCU report is available 3 working days after we have done the MCU, this is quite fast actually.
Conclusion: All is good
Pay attention: pls minimize manual forms to be filled when visiting especially when we have submitted prior forms sent thru email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so dissatisfied with the service in many levels. I used insurance to pay for an Odontectomy at the dental clinic on 19th March. My mouth swollen after the surgery and it was impossible to communicate. However, the front desk requested me to stay at the hospital for more than two hours until the confirmation procedure with my insurer was completed. I requested to go home since I wasn't feeling well, but they were concerned that my insurance wouldn't cover everything, so I had to pay the money even though I had convinced them that my insurance was unlimited. The staff was really passive since the information I got is only when I ask; if I don't ask, they don't appear to care. The confirmation to the insurance was also completed when I followed up directly to the insurance company.
Worst of all, on March 28th, I was reached by the Hospital Pharmacy, who informed me that I needed to take the medication. It is a nerve vitamin that helps in post-surgery recovery. It is really unpleasant since the medicine was just recently notified 9 days after the surgery, despite the fact that I had my post-surgery checkup on the 26th of March. The most annoying part is when the Pharmacy even said that this happenned was due to insurance issues. Despite the fact that the hospital was clearly irresponsible, the insurance procedure was finished on 23th March. The medication that has been paid for has been wasted since I have also recovered.
It's really a shame that this extremely poor of service comes from Ciputra Hospital. Totally dissaponted

I wanted to carry out a procedure with them, and even after 5+ times of asking, they still sent me spam mails and communication in Bahasa.
This was not only rude, it show disregard for potential patients.
Given it's a medical procedure, how does this reflect on their ability to look after you???
I'd avoid, unless you are perfectly fluent in Bahasa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a medical check up here (wellness package) and their service was extremely poor. They could not manage the queue properly. I finished all check up list at 11ish, just wait for the Ophthalmologist for my last check. It's 12:45 and they said the Ophthalmologist is still in a long queue (another an hour waiting time) because it is combined with non med check patients. They shamelessly offered me to reschedule just to meet the Ophthalmologist, for an examination that take less than 5 minutes. Really really unpleasant experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought both my mom and dad to the centre. The centre is very comfortable and private. The doctor is extremely patient and know how to handle elderly very well. My mom's hand got better after few session while my dad's leg is also improving. They look forward to go for their treatment. Dr Surya is totally focused on his patient, carefully listens to my parent illness history, and is fully engaged in the healing. He poses thoughtful questions to clarify all facets of the medical problem. We can also ask him anything and he will patiently answer our questions. Dr Surya has been a blessing for our parent's healing journey and we are so glad to bring our parent for their treatment in this centre.
