Mksh kimia farma slawi??,,smga ttp jd idola semua, mengutamakan pasien yg butuh walaupun beli obt nya ngecer ky q???.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan terhadap resep BPJS kurang, terutama dlm penyediaan obat, spt di resep dituliskan dosis 2,5 mg tapi yg diberikan yg dosis 5 mg, dg saran minumnya setengah, ketika diminta yg dosis 2,5 mg selalu dijawab persediaan lagi kosong. Pernah sy tanya ada obat yg dosis 2,5 mg ?, dijawab ada, kemudian sy serahkan resep BPJS, tetep saja tdk mau memberikan yg dosis 2,5 mg, padahal persediaan ada.

Telepon kesediaan obat, ada. Harga xxx.
Begitu datang, harganya sudah naik/dinaikkan.
Minta struk tercetak, tidak bisa.
Hanya struk/nota tertulis dengan tangan.
Bisa di audit?
