★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agak kecewa sih untuk sekelas RSUD jam pelayanan klinik matanya hanya sampe jam 10 dan bpjs jga tidak online tpi harus menggunakan surat rujukan dri rumah sakit yg bersangkutan... tolong ditingkatkan sistemnya udah ga jaman data pake kertas
 I'm a bit disappointed for a hospital class, the hours of service for the eye clinic are only until 10 and the BPJS is also not online, but you have to use a referral letter from the hospital in question... please improve the system, it's not old enough to use paper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perawatnya ampun dah judes2 bngt, terutama yg cewek, bapak saya hbs ke toilet, infusnya gak jalan, minta di perbaiki infusnya, perawatnya juteknya minta ampun, saya bilang terima kasih saja tidak di hiraukan, padahal dokternya sudah bagus, ramah, tp sayang minus perawatnya saja sih
The nurses are really rude, especially the girls, my father used to go to the toilet, the infusion didn't work, asked for the infusion to be fixed, the nurse asked for forgiveness, I said thank you, I didn't ignore it, even though the doctor was good, friendly, but unfortunately minus the nurse it's okay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Najis gue kasih bintang satu, klo gk ada bintang gk bakal gue kasih, dua sodara gue pd meninggal dstu, penanganan nya lambat bener, masa datang jam 10 siang ampe jam 11 malam gk di tangain ya sodara ku mati di situ lah akibat kecelakaan darah bercucuran gk di apa2in cm di liatin, mana keluarga kaga boleh masuk lagi pas si sodara lgi sakaratul maut, jd keluarga cm bisa lihat dri kaca , satu lgi sodara ku dia jg meninggal dstu bilang nya di usus ada rambut nya, eh perut segitu bener nya gk ada penyakit nya di belek2 ky lgi motong ayam, kanan kiri di belek2 gila aja, mending klo di jahit atau di rapatkan kembali, lah ini di biarkan ampe dua hari kebuka ampe org nya mati , dengan alasan alat nya kurang komplit, eh bego klo gk ada alat ngapain lu main belek2 aja tu perut, pas perut udh di belek2 nyatanya gk ada apa2 nya, gue sumpahin lu rumha sakit Soesilo bangkrut Aamiin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya rsud soeselo bagus dalam pelayanan dan tata ruangnya. Cuma di sini terlihat security-nya banyak terlihat mainan hp terus ketimbang patroli atau mengecek areanya. Mungkin karena banyak cctv kali yah... Tp T.O.P lah mnurut saya. Semoga kedepannya bisa tambah lebih baik lagi dalam pelayann dan penangannya.
Dan tolong tukang parkirnya di tambahin agar ada yang memarkir mobil/motor saat baru datang dan mau pergi. Tidak hanya minta uang retribusinya saja
In my opinion, Soeselo Hospital is good in terms of service and spatial planning. Only here, the security looks like a lot of cellphone toys are seen instead of patrolling or checking the area. Maybe it's because of the many CCTVs... But I think T.O.P. Hopefully in the future can be even better in service and handling.
And please add the parking attendant so that someone will park their car/motorcycle when they just arrive and want to leave. Don't just ask for the retribution
