★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 bulan lalu pelayanan cukup memuaskan, tapi untuk sekarang tidak memuaskan sama sekali, pelayanan tidak profesional terutama dibagian penerimaan pasien yg kurang ramah bahkan bisa dibilang tidak ramah sama sekali. Seperti anak baru magang.
Tingkatkan kualitas pelayanan, jangan semua penyakit dianggap Corona. Sekian

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak ramah dokternya, hanya karena saya abis bepergian luar kota, takut corona kali, atau mungkin cuma pasien bpjs, periksa luka bakar cuma diliat dari jarak 2meter, itupun seperti diburu2 biar cpt selesai..

Very unfriendly to the doctor, just because I was traveling out of town, afraid of corona, or maybe just a BPJS patient, checking for burns can only be seen from a distance of 2 meters, and even then it's like being rushed so that it can be finished quickly..

Klinik ini juga melayani masyarakat yang berkenan menjadikannya sebagai faskes (fasilitas kesehatan) untuk BPJS. Lokasinya strategis karena masih berada di wilayah kota Slawi. Mungkin jika penyediaan tempat parkir mobil yang luas, akan memberikan kenyamanan lebih baik bagi pasien.
Syifa Ar-Rachmi Clinic is a health service for people who have facilities to check general and specialist diseases. The clinic also serves people who are willing to make it a health facility for BPJS. The location is strategic because it is still in the Slawi city area. Maybe if the provision of a large car park, it will provide better comfort for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurutku, harusnya sebagaimana dokter merangkul pasiennya dengan lembut dengan hati seperti dengan nama Kliniknya "mengobati dengan hati" tapi malah ada salah satu dokter yang melayani dengan kata-kata yang menyakitkan jadi membuat masyarakat enggan untuk dateng lagi. Dulu langganan bgt disini, bener² jadi tempat pertama untuk menyembuhkan sakit. Tapi sekarang jadi gatau lagi. Dg pelayanan dokter yang begitu masyarakat jadi takut buat dateng lagi kesitu, tolong lah sama² merangkul. Memang betul keadaannya lagi seperti ini virus dimana² tapi bukan berarti sakit itu di samakan, bukan hanya aku pasien yang setelah aku pun dinyatakan positif sepihak oleh dokternya. Ada 3 dokter disini. Tapi 1 dokter yang luar biasa judesnyaa. Jadi org jadi takut gt. Bahkan aku priksa dg dokter yang berbeda waktu itu dg gejala hampir bgt mirip covid tidak langsung di nyatakan positif, sdgkn ini hanya priksa lumayan jauh dari yg namanya covid dinyatakan positif, harus abcd.

I used to have a lot of customers here, it really became the first place to heal the sick. But now it's crazy again. It's true that the situation is like this, a virus everywhere, but that doesn't mean that illness is the same, I'm not the only patient who after I was declared positive unilaterally by the doctor. There are 3 doctors here. But 1 doctor who is extraordinarily harsh. So people are afraid gt. In fact, I checked with a different doctor at that time, with symptoms that were almost similar to Covid, it wasn't immediately declared positive, while this is just a test that is quite far from the one whose name is Covid, which is declared positive, it has to be abcd.
