Baru masuk pintu ga dibantu sama sekali , malah sibuk ngobrol sm pegawai yg lain, lama bgt lgi ,,,Ada calon nasabah itu hrzny senyum , ramah ,tanggap n sigap , tolong pihak bri . Ditegur itu satpam nya ... Trz masa mw buka rek , DISURUH PULANG , udh gtu hrz pake kk ??? Seumur2 aq buka rek . Ga pnh tuh pake kk ,,, cm ktp aja
The security guard is really dirty. Just entering the door, no help at all, instead busy chatting with other employees, it's been a long time,,, There is a prospective customer who has to smile, be friendly, responsive and alert, please help the bri side.
