Ada Cleaning service Yg setiap pagi membersihkan depan unit kita tanpa Membayar servis changer, Pengen masang2 sesuatu Misal jam dinding atau Ada Kerusakan juga Ada Mekanik yang siap membantu kita. Ada kios dilantai 2 dan 3 Yg disediakan juga untuk kita jualan. Laper pengen makan tengah malam juga Ada yg mau Nganterin ke hunian kita. Tinggal wa saja, Ada group hunian untuk jualan atau promosi Yg sangat bermanfaat, gas habis tinggal wa dianterin dipasangin, galon habis dianterin diangkatin tinggal wa aja. Mau nabung juga Ada Bank DKI disini. Ada ruang baca, ruang Belajar, untuk anak2, mau ngaji juga Ada ustadnya disini. dan Ada taman empon2, Misal mau Bikin kolak ngak Ada daun pandan tinggal metik, Ada serai, daun papaya, sayang sekali... tempat parkir motor tidak Ada atapnya jd motor kita Klu Hujan kehujanan, Klu panas kepanasan, mungkin biar motor kita strong Kali ya..
