The apartment is equipped with high-tech security system whereas visitor can only go to the designated area after the host is informed via a call from the lobby from where the host is able to see the visitor's face via a camera, then host will open the lift door only for the visitor to go to that particular floor. The apartment design is minimalist and modern.
