★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most strategic and relatively affordable apartmen complex in Central Jakarta. Very popular among office workers and expatriate from office nearby. Located next to Thamrin City Mall, and very easy to access to Tanah Abang & MH Thamrin road. Building is bit older but maintained very good. We loved the swimming pool, very relaxing and fun to swimming there. Meal selection on foodcourt area is limited, but you can go to Thamrin City for better option or order by online ojek service instead. Minus point is its access road is prone to heavy traffic jam and flooding in rainy season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best apartments to live in Jakarta and definitely worth the rent. The view is simply spectacular every night. Walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Thamrin City and Karet Station. Gives you instant access to Sudirman, if you’re working there. Also, plenty of street food ($) and high end restaurants($$$$) in the mall. Well-maintained facilities ( gym, sauna, swimming pool, tennis court, garden, convenience store). Community is really international :D! Security is top notch here : Private lift access and friendly security guard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for over a year. Comfortable building and staff is mostly nice. One thing though -- residents tend to be snobby, racist lowlifes, especially the Indo Chinese. Keep that in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an apartement right in the heart of Central Jakarta. A convenient and comfortable place to stay, it is proved to be an excellent starting point of you want to travel all over Jakarta.
This place is especially strategic should you want to find modern entertainment, eat out or shop - a selection of upscale malls are ready at your door step.
However, congested traffic means that most of the time it would take you some time go from or reach Thamrin Residence, particularly during rush hours.
Overall, it's a nice place to stay in the heart of Jakarta with an overwhelming range of entertainment.
