★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EMOSI BANGET, call center jelasin berbelit2 dikiranya gua bego kali, enggak lagi deh make nih ekspedisi,sayangnya gak ada bintang minus.
 VERY EMOTIONAL, the call center explained in such a way that they thought I was stupid, no longer doing this expedition, unfortunately there are no minus stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nggak profesional sama sekali.. paket dari jakarta barat ke keselatan nyampe 4 hari ngga nyampe2... itu paket lg mampir ngopi apa lg check in hotel
Not professional at all.. the package from west jakarta to the south arrived 4 days and didn't arrive... that's another package, stop for coffee or check in hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat buruk, semua Anteraja pelayanannya sangat sangat buruk. Dan mereka kukuh sekali gak mau ganti rugi, padahal sudah menghubungi cs berulang kali supaya kue basah saya tiba segera menghindari kerusakan. Auto response cs (Dari manusia) « semoga barang kaka diterima segera, kami akan maksimalkan pengiriman bla bla bla ». Bener aja, kue basah saya berjamur. Gak ada telpon dari cs anteraja pastiin seperti apa kendala saya. Lain hal nya sama si cepat. Cs bener2 manusia karena ada usaha menghubungi pelanggan memastikan pelanggan tidak macam menghadapi robot. Semoga tokopedia menghentikan kerjasama sama anteraja. Karena mereka yang terburuk
Very bad, all Anteraja the service is very very bad. And they are very adamant that they don't want compensation, even though they have contacted cs repeatedly so that my wet cake arrives immediately to avoid damage. Auto response cs (From humans) «Hopefully your goods will be received soon, we will maximize delivery blah blah blah». Seriously, my wet cake was moldy. There are no calls from CS Anteraja to be sure what my problem is. Another thing with the fast. Cs are really human because there is an attempt to contact customers to make sure customers don't feel like dealing with robots. Hopefully Tokopedia will stop the cooperation with Antaraja. Because they are the worst

Dikirim dari Surabaya menuju Ngawi, Kemarin sudah sampai Madiun tapi malah putar balik sampai di jember
Kalau belanja online dll jangan pakai ekpedisi ini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suka gak sengaja dapet anteraja pas pilih free ongkir, dan pastinya lama banget.. mending bayar deh apalagi untuk barang2 berharga, bahaya kalau lama diperjalanan rentan rusak atau dicuri oknum, krn selain lama banget juga trackingnya tidak detil.. ini kalau bisa kurang dari 1 bintangnya..
I like to accidentally get Anteraja when I choose free shipping, and it sure takes a long time.. it's better to pay, especially for valuable items, it's dangerous if you travel for a long time, you are prone to damage or being stolen by someone, because apart from taking too long the tracking is not detailed... this if possible is less than 1 the star..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat amat parah layanan Ekpedisi ini, paket di ambil oleh kurir tgl 1 maret dan sejak tgl 2 maret 2022 stack di jkt tanpa ada perubahan/pergerakan paketnya.
Padahal biasanya kiriman paket dari kakarta ke sumsel jika mengunakan Ekpedisi lain, paling telat 3 hari udah sampai.
Ini kok malah sejak tgl 1 maret sampai hari ini tgl 9 maret tidak kunjung sampai.
Atas kekecewaan saya maka jika besok tgl 10 maret 2022 paket tidak juga tiba maka akan saya cancel order.
Selanjutnya Anteraja silahkan berurusan dg toko pengirim.
Dan saya cukup kali ini saja mengunakan jasa Anteraja.
This expedition service is very, very bad, the package was picked up by the courier on March 1 and since March 2, 2022, the stack was stacked on Jkt without any changes/movements of the package.
Even though usually parcels from Kakarta to Sumsel if using other expeditions, have arrived at the latest 3 days.
Why is this even since March 1st until today, March 9th it has not arrived.
For my disappointment, if tomorrow, March 10, 2022, the package does not arrive, I will cancel the order.
Next, Anteraja please deal with the shipping shop.
And I just used Anteraja's services this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang udah 2x ga diterima dan udh hubungi cs tp kurir tetap ga nelvon. Masa bisa2 nya kurir lampirkan foto lokasi entah dimana alamat palsu. Saya udh rugi 3 baju. Selama ini sya pakai shopee baru 2x ini paket sya ga diterima dan itu keduanya samasama kurir dari anteraja. Kesaaaaal -_-
The goods have not been received twice and have contacted cs but the courier still doesn't call. Can the courier attach a photo of the location somewhere, the address is fake. I have lost 3 clothes. So far, I've used Shopee, just 2 times, my package was not received and both of them are couriers from Anteraja. Sorry -_-
