Produk JBL yang dibeli tidak bisa digunakan dan CS-nya membuka 3 box baru dan semua tidak bisa digunakan.
Kami harus menunggu hampir 2 jam hanya untuk mencharge earphonenya dan si mbak yang di foto, sama sekali tidak ada inisiatif untuk kontak kami ketika selesai charging.
Mbaknya juga sibuk main HPnya sendiri dan bahkan mukanya asam kayak cuka.
Pacar saya marah2 karena sudah merasa buang2 waktu lama dan dia malah marah2 juga dan bilang ini bukan tanggung jawabnya dan kita tidak tahu cara pakai barangnya.

Mbak e ini servicenya parah banget dan sama sekali tidak cocok jualan.
