sy merasa dibohongi setelah sy order bayar beberapa hari kemudian ada pemberitahuan bahwa order sy ditolak dan diminta no rek untuk dikembalikan uang yang telah sy transfer
Sy keluhkan ini terhadap pihak IDMARCO.COM VIA WA : +62 818-0839-8889
Jawabanya terkesan itu adalah resiko belanja di IDMARCO.COM sesuai dengat syarat dan ketentuan yg tertera didalam website dan aplikasi IDMARCO
AKHIRNYA SY paham resiko yg dihadapi semua pelanggan IDMARCO.COM
Sy menghimbau untuk berhati hati belanja di IDMARCO kerena barang yg mereka jual belum tentu tersedia stok nya
Sy beli minyak 150 kantong ukuran 1 liter sudah bayar ternyata dibatalkan sepihak dengan alesan stok kosong
Sy juga beli gula pasir kemasan 1kg sebanyak 150 [6x25kantong)
Hari senin diberitahukan pesanan sy minyak dibatalkan
Hari selasa diberitahukan pesanan sy gula dibatalkan

FINALLY I understand the risks faced by all IDMARCO.COM customers
I urge you to be careful shopping at IDMARCO because the items they sell are not necessarily in stock
I bought 150 bags of 1 liter of oil already paid for it turned out to be canceled unilaterally because the stock was empty
I also bought 150 packs of 1kg sugar [6x25 bags]
Monday I was notified that my order for oil was canceled
Tuesday was informed that my sugar order was canceled
