I find the taste to be pretty standard and nothing special. You can order variety of menu and there are some table with a nice city view.
If you feel like eating sushi in Kuningan City Mall, try go here.

β β β β β An Ok place, the sushi is quite fresh, no fishi smells and taste, but also quite tasteless, the ramen surprisingly good, the unagi donburi doesn't worth the price, the Ambience was good, not too crowded, the food comes quickly and the prices were quite friendly

β β β β β I love the chicken curry rice here, nice fragrant curry, crunchy fried battered chicken or βkatsuβ, good quality of rice. Simply delicious. I also had a salmon salad, fresh veggies and salmon. All for IDR103K or around SGD10. Unbelievably inexpensive.

β β β β β Not really like Sushi in Japan though, it's not that bad. Basically all menu are consist of Sushi or fried something, and maybe fit for power lunch or who likes to eat a lot. Btw, Miso soup was not so bad as well.
The only one thing was Salmon was sold out when I visited there.

Great place and suitable for ramen and sushi lovers! Ichiban Sushi is of the Japanese restaurants that serves all pretty good Japanese food dishes like Ramen, Sushi, at very affordable prices. And quite familiar with the noodles is so soft and chewy.
For those who like spicy especially when eating gravy ramen noodles are very yummy to added sprinkled with Shicimi provided by Ichiban Sushi. Besides Shichimi (this is dried chili powder such as orange peel, sesame seed, ginger powder, nori powder, etc.), Shoyu (soy sauce), wasabi.
I ordered
*Spicy Beef Ramen With Tori Paitan it tastes more delicious and the noodles is chewy.
*Sushi, I ordered a Sake Sakura Namazu Sushi, this sushi actualy suitable for the one who like to eat sashimi.
*Namazu Sushi (Fried catfish with sweet savory soya sauce, sliced fried egg + a few of seaweed)
After a few meals are better refreshed with ice fruit tea blackcurrant to neutralize and relieve the heat.

β β β β β The dining area especially near the windows was a bit smelly, and the staff were lack of hospitality. We had to wait for the food longer that it should be despite it was not peak hours and less peoples were dine in. I couldn't say the food were great, they were just ok. Mean while the price was reasonable.
