★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengambilan BPKB setelah pelunasan harus nunggu 1 bulan,setelah 1 bulan antri juga sampai 4 jam,setelah dapat BPKB eehh malah nasabah di buat susah lagi,karena BPKB di Blokir dan di suruh ke samsat,bikin susah orang,mereka yg Blokir tapi nasabah yg harus buka blokir nya,padahal gak bermasalah dalam angsuran.,jangan sampai terjadi pada diri kalian jika berurusan soal finance,karena menyesal kemudian hari.
Taking BPKB after payment you have to wait 1 month, after 1 month the queue is also up to 4 hours, after getting BPKB, it's even harder for customers, because BPKB is blocked and ordered to Samsat, making it difficult for people, they are the ones who block but the customer has to unblock it, even though there are no problems in installments, don't let it happen to you when dealing with finance, because you will regret it later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambil BPKB harus nunggu 1 bulan ssd tgl lunas,kalo mau hari itu pd saat sy datang bayar 500 ribu...ya udh sy coba tunggu 1 bulan, tp sambil was was kuatir kantornya ditutup ya, sy baca sih izin usahanya di bekukan sementara kan...di berita gugel April 2021. Jadi BPKB belum bisa di ambil ni..

Salah satu karyawan perempuan kurang sopan saat kita chat (saya chat dulu sblm dtg ke kantornya biar jelas dan tdk mondar mandir karna jauh) .. Sedangkan saya butuh kepastian dulu soal pengambilan BPKB.. Saat pelunasan disuru nunggu 1bln , stelah nunggu sudah 1 bulan disuruh nunggu lagi 2bln dgn alasan kantornya sedang ada masalh..menurut saya bukan urusan saya kantor dia bermasalah (contoh kalo cs bayar telat pastinya dia gak mau kan).. Tp saya ga mau donkk kita bayar sll tepat ga nunggak,masa harus nunggu 2bln lagi!! alhamdulillahnya dpt nmr hp mas yg urus BPKB , dia lebih sopan merespon cs nya akhirnya di siapkan BPKB saya dan tinggal sy ambil ke kantor nya.. Sampe kantornya Tp proses lamaaa gaesss disana bisa 3-4jam .. Udh gt BPKB kita di blokir.. Jd kita harus urus buka blokir ke samsat...

Meanwhile, I needed certainty about taking BPKB. waiting another 2 months with the reason that the office is having problems.. in my opinion it's not my business that his office has a problem (for example, if cs pays late, of course he doesn't want it).. But I don't want it, we don't want to pay all right, it's not in arrears, we have to wait another 2 months !! Thank God, I got the cellphone number of the mas who takes care of BPKB, he was more polite in responding to his cs, finally my BPKB was prepared and I just took it to his office. So we have to take care of unblocking the Samsat...
