★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari awal serah terima kunci udh kecewa!! Tapi ternyata perumahan gagal.
1. Nanya masalah air, katanya tinggal terima beres sampe air ngalir dari keran, taunya pas mau ngebangun dapur n depan rumah, pas di cek pipa paralonnya aja bisa di cabut sama anak dan ukurannya setengah meter aja enggak. Pas di rojok2 gak ada airnya sama sekali. Pipa cuma formalitas doang hanya menipu!! Di tanya masalah air gak beres2 malah di lempar kesana kesni, akhirnya di gali sendiri.
2. Pas bangun katanya pake hebel yng berkualitas, taunya pake apa gak tau ini namanya yang kosong item dan gak berkualitas.
3. Pas cek lok di tanya belakang2 ini tebing2 tinggi bakal di pondasi di rapihkan apa enggak, bilangnya iya bakal di rapihkan di pondasi rapih. Tau2nya sampe sekarang enggak di diamkan begitu saja, sampe terjadi longsor di banyak titik.
Gimana ini, longsor di mana2 banjir setiap ujan. Mana tanggung jawabnya. Kalo gini kondisi bangunan dan kondisi situasinya belum 5 tahun aja udh banyak yang harus diperbaiki!!
