β β β β β untuk pelayanan cso nya lama bgt, padahal cuman bikin bca mobile, diarahin pake mesin tapi kalo sidik jari tidak terdeteksi ga bisa pake jari lain harus jari telunjuk, untuk pelayanan nya juga LAMA BGT UDH GITU CSONYA JUTEK Dan TIDAK SOPAN, situ kerja di gaji kan, tolong ngelayanin nasabah doang baik

Baru kali ini disambut gak ramah sama satpamnya. Cari kerja susah lo pak, baik-baik sama semua customer. Kalo lagi bad Mood, mending istirahat di rumah dulu.
Kasian citra BCA yang sudah dibangun selama ini.

Emang bener klo bintang 3 ,, pelayanannya lama ? apply jam 10.11 jam 13.00 belom dipanggil juga cs nya lelet pake banget, kapok deh gak lagi2 ke BCA cab. Ini ,, keramahan semua pegawainya juga Bad attitude?? Baru ini nemu Bank Central Asia begini,, pelayanannya. Ampun Ya Allah!
Just got here just saw the reviews on google. It's true that it's 3 stars, the service is long apply at 10.11 at 13.00 haven't been called yet, the cs is really slow, don't give up going to BCA cab again. This,, the friendliness of all the employees is also bad attitude?? Recently found Bank Central Asia like this,, the service. Oh my God!

β β β β β Aku pikir cuma aku doang yang ngerasain kalau pelayanan disini sangat gabaik, ternyata banyak jg yg ngerasain, udah 2x kesitu, karna dekat dari rumah. Kesan pertama dtg kesana bnr bnr jutek bgt cso nya parah, kaya bukan lg ngelaksanain tugas job desk nya sbg cso, sempet kesel wkt itu sampe blg sama tmn yg nganter, sampe tmn ku blg βyaudah kalo misal emg yg lu dpt in pelayanan nya gabagus bisa lu laporin aja biar dia bisa ningkatin lg layanyan nya apalagi kan pekerjaan dia di bidang cso harus punya keramahanβ cuman yaudah aku sabar aja lah, pas kedua kali dtg kesitu sama mbak yg beda, bener aja kan msh sama, better sih dr mbak yg pertama ngelayanin ku cuman ya msh ttp jauh sama yg ada di kantor cabang lain pelayanan nya. Sumpah deh selama ke kantor cabang bca cuma yg di summarecon yg bad bgt. Tolong ya dilatih lagi karyawan nya, biar customer jg bakalan dtg lg kesitu dgn nyaman.

β β β β β I am very much amazed by the professionalism of the customer service in this bank. Specially with the outstanding service by miss Sella (customer service division) to gone through and try to fix my problem.
Despite of the obstacles, her patience and supportive manners really put me in awe.
Now my problem is fixed, thanks to her. Excellent service, excellent job! I hope her boss could recognise this and give her a good raise. Sh totally deserves it.
