★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengecewakan, saya order via aplikasi kimia farma, barang yg saya pesan (nutrimax) kosong dan ditawarkan pengganti (prove d3) dengan harga yg lebih murah, selisihnya ditambahkan vitamin (ester c).
Tapi yg dikirim hanya prove d3 saja. Tolong segera dikirim ester-c nya.

Maaf saya sengaja tidak mengubah postingan awal diatas, untuk menunjukkan bahwa dari pihak apotek sudah bertanggungjawab dengan mengirimkan kekurangannya.
Terimakasih atas perhatian dari pihak apotek kimia farma yang sudah mengirimkan. Semoga pelayanannya semakin baik.
Disappointingly, I ordered via the Kimia Farma application, the item I ordered (Nutrimax) was empty and offered a replacement (Prove D3) at a cheaper price, the difference was added vitamin (Ester C).
But what was sent was only Pro d3 only. Please send the ester-c immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya udh 3x beli obat d sini tapi slalu mengecewakan karna ada SPG produk nya d situ dia menawarkan prodak nya dan tidak memberi pilihan lain hanya yg d kasih tentang prodak yg dia jual .. harga nya juga mahal" tapi ga ccok d anak saya .. kata SPG nya mah paling bagus paling ampuh tapi nyatanya tidak .. seharusnya kariyawan nya lebih peduli dan memberikan saran untuk pembeli nya jngan hanya diem ..

He offers the product and doesn't give other options, only the one he gives about the product he sells.. the price is also expensive" but it doesn't suit my son.. The SPG said the best, the most effective, but in fact it's not.. the employees should care more and give advice to the buyers, don't just stay silent..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jelek banget pelayanan untuk obat isoman, pesen dari kemenkes diarahin ke apotek ini. Tapi pelayanan nya lamban sekali. Di telfon baik2 malah ngegas disuruh tunggu krn antrian banyak. Pasien nanya baik2 tolong di jawab dengan baik dong, kami kan hanya menanyakan hak kami aja. Mbaknya dulu ga disuruh training apa cara angkat telfon/melayani customer yang baik itu bagaimana? So bad! ??
Very bad service for isoman drugs, messages from the Ministry of Health are directed to this pharmacy. But the service is very slow. On the phone, it's okay, you are even told to wait because there are a lot of queues. Patients ask nicely, please answer well, we're just asking about our rights. Ms. was not asked to train before, what is the way to pick up the phone/serve good customers? So bad! ️
