Karna saya gabisa bales jawaban ownernya, saya bikin review baru Dari sejak awal penyewa sudah mengetahui harga sewa kamar utk kelas apartemen yg harga sewa kamar jenis ini relatif hampir sama di semua tempat kost atau apartmen lainnya, jadi rasanya tidak mungkin kalau dibilang ini sangat mahal. Lagipula di kamar jenis apartmen yg satu lagi di tempat kami, penyewanya sudah lebih duluan menyewa selama hampir 1 tahun & tidak pernah masalah dgn harga sewa yg sama. *TENTU SAJA MAHAL DIBANDINGKAN DENGAN APARTMENT YANG KEBANYAKAN ORANG TAU HARGA SEWA APARTMENT SAJA DIBAWAH 5 JUTA SUDAH MENDAPATKAN FASILITAS YANG KURANG LEBIH SAMA DENGAN KAMAR 2, DAPUR KULKAS DAN LAUNDRY, OH IYA DAN KENAIKAN HARGA 700 RIBU LUPA SAYA MENTION DIMANA DARI AWAL PINDAH TIDAK PERNAH DISEBUTKAN AKAN ADA KENAIKAN HARGA, NAMUN BEBERAPA JAM SETELAH BAYAR KOSAN TERSEBUT LANGSUNG DISEBUTKAN BAHWA HARGANYA NAIK 700 RB" bukti chat terlampir Kelihatannya laporan tentang kejadian banjir 6 kali selama 3 bulan itu tidak benar karena setelah kami tanyakan penyewa kost lainnya mereka bilang hanya sekali kejadian banjir besar yaitu disaat malam tahun baru, 31 Des 2019, dimana hampir seluruh Jakarta terkena banjir besar, sedangkan beberapa kali kejadian lainnya adalah genangan air di jalan karena curah hujan yg lumayan besar dimana saluran pembuangan yg dibangun oleh Pemda tidak mencukupi menampung derasnya debit air hujan yg turun, itupun kejadian tidak lama, karena tidak lama setelah hujan berhenti, air yg tergenang dijalan langsung surut karena mengalir ke saluran pembuangan yg sudah kosong. "WELL, GENANGAN AIR IS BANJIR KARNA AIR SUDAH MELEWATI TINGGI JALAN. DON'T GIVE ME AN EXCUSE YANG LO CUMAN TAU INFORMASI DARI PENJAGA KOST DAN BLAMING. DI REVIEW SELAIN SAYA JUGA MENYEBUTKAN BAHWA HARGA TIDAK SESUAI, DAN BANJIR, LO MAU BILANG APA" Sedangkan laporan kehilangan barang (sepatu?) milik penyewa kost tersebut tidak pernah terbukti, kami tidak pernah tahu apakah benar ada sepatu yg hilang. Ybs sudah menanyakan ke beberapa penyewa kost lainnya sambil minta ijin memasuki ruangan kost mereka hanya untuk mencari sepatu yang hilang, dimana tentunya tindakan ini cukup mengganggu kenyamanan mereka. Ybs malah menuduh penjaga kost mengambil sepatu mereka dan mengancam akan melaporkan ke Polisi, dimana penjaga kost kami bilang dia siap diperiksa Polisi kapan saja. Mereka juga masuk ke kamar penjaga kost kami untuk memeriksa, yang nyatanya tidak ditemukan sama sekali sepatu milik penyewa kost tsb. Tindakan ini sudah melewati batas hukum yg tentunya bisa saja kami laporkan ke pihak kepolisian karena tuduhan yg tidak terbukti dan mengganggu kenyamanan orang lain. 1. BANJIR 2. When I did my viewing, the caretaker said that we would get cleaning twice a week. We stayed here for 3 months, no cleaning - not even once. 3. We had a next door neighbour who complained about everything! I don't know what her problem is, her kid could cry and scream in the middle of the night and we never said anything about it. 4. We lost our shoes (it was stolen), and when we informed about this, the respond was just utterly rude and they blamed us for it instead. 5. They increased the price rent, because they said we had stayed there for 3 months by 700 THOUSAND! But then we asked our nice neighbour, he said they didn't increase the price for him. (Probably because they see that we're white? Maybe? Bule price??) - the price itself is already expensive, 5 mil/month excluding electricity. 6. Again, next door lady complained about me having guests over (it's my own apartment unit, I don't even know why she keeps on watching what I do) It's none of her business, and I don't understand why she has so much power over the landlord & caretaker. 7. We got there, about a week after - our lights in the bathrooms died, we asked them to help us change it because the ceiling at this place is really high. And they said no, just use the ladder ourselves. 8. And the neighbourhood itself is filled my people who are very hostile. My friend visited me twice, and both times his car got spray-painted! All in all, I've stayed in a lot of kosts. Never had problems with anyone, always get along well with neighbours and owners. But this place is just the worst. They're just rude and won't care about the tenants at all.

Because I am unable to reply to the owner's response, I am writing another review, in reply to that. Bare in mind, i will NEVER post any negative reviews if it is not trustworthy. Numbers are based on the reply to owner's reply. 1. Owner mentioned that during our stay there, It was only flooded once. As I am a girl who always posts on instagram, I have attached pictures of 3 different floods, all different times - date is provided on stories. 2. I had asked to the caretaker whether bringing cats are allowed, as April, my roommate is bringing her cats. And she said that it is allowed. However, I have never mentioned that the cats will be in cages - because that would be animal cruelty. But, as soon as we were informed that the neighbours weren't happy with the cats, we put the cats inside our flat, and never put them outside anymore. why? because we respect their opinions! 3. If you were talking about our next door neighbours with the 2 very nice girls, I have never had any problems with them. In fact, they were nice to us. I'm not accusing the wife for anything. If you're saying that the child cries we heard were mythical, then you might need to call the exorcist. And about us being loud, we do feel sorry that it was bothering the neighbours, but you can always inform us about it. We didn't know that apparently people from outside the unit could her us loudly. 4. Just think about this logically, would anyone threaten somebody to be reported to the police just for shoes? No.... it just doesn't make sense, and I know that my roommate, April, is not dumb enough to do that. Knocking the neighbours' door one by one just to look for shoes? Don't you think that would be shameless if somebody actually did that? Instead, what my friend did was, she sent a message to the caretaker to ask her for help in finding her shoes that went missing. And again, proof of chat is attached. 5. Yes, you did (or as mentioned by the caretaker), I have also attached the screenshots of the chat between the caretaker and my roommate, April, as proof that we are not making this up. She even said that if we don't like it, then leave. Yes, by the time we left it was still 5 million, because increasing the price by 700k was the reason that we left. 6. This number will also be related to number 2 and number 8 of the owner's reply. I'm sorry if my habits are not something that you'd approve, but HOWEVER, we were NEVER told about these rules, if I had known that I wasn't allowed to have friends over and drink in the safety of my own home, I would've not even considered renting the unit. During my stay there for 3 months, nobody from the management has ever contacted me. You can't blame a person for not knowing the rules if you had never even told the person about the regulations. I, myself, am a follower of rules, if I had been informed - I would've followed it, or again - just not decided to rent the unit. After the caretaker told April that guests aren't allowed to stay over the night at the unit, my fiancΓ© never stayed over anymore. But she mentioned that he was allowed to visit, hence why he was still visiting me. This is all a lack of communication. I hope this clears the air, and I won't be needing to reply again. Thank you!
