I've just wasted the precious 45 minutes of my life in this place trying to get a bday cake for my kid, but the ignorant staff name THALIA and the whole team blew it.
1st, they wrote the age mistakenly after i remind her to put special attention to the detail.
2nd, after they found out the error, they just corrected by scratching the number like a rat and change it with the correct one. Can you believe it? In condition like this, they were playing with safety and cleanliness! and for that they indeed losing customer's trust.
3rd, after i cancel my order and request for a refund, none of them take the initiative to speed up the process/find a quicker alternative to solve the problem. Instead they keep me waiting for almost 15 minutes for them to call bank etc.etc.
I think the Harvest management should look after the staff carefully if they seriously want to stay in the business in this experience economy.
