★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyesel ke dokter ini, kucing saya mati 2hr dirawat inap pdahal cuma sakit mata.
Dokter kurang tanggung jwb ksh kejelasan kenapa, seakan ngehindar, asistennya ditanya ga tau trs. Taunya cm nagih duit.
Sorry to see this doctor, my cat died 2 days in hospital even though it only hurt eyes.
The doctor is not responsible for the clarity of why, as if he was avoiding it, the assistant was asked, he didn't know. I just know, I collect money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya punya 2 kucing, jantan & betina berusia 2.5bln. Si betina sakit, diare akut, penurunan berat badan drastis, saya bawa ke Zita. Dokternya bilang kemungkinan virus, namun tindakannya hanya memberi vitamin & obat diare. Sehari setelah dibawa kesini, si betina mati.
Setelah kejadian itu saya bawa si jantan ke dokter lain utk vaksin, krn takut betina td mati krn virus lalu menular ke si jantan. Alangkah terkejutnya ketika saya mendengar penjelasan dokter lain ini bahwa jika keadaan yg saya ceritakan itu benar adanya, si betina harus langsung di infus & rawat inap. Kecewa sejadi2nya dengan Zita Pet Clinic ini
I have 2 cats, 2.5 month old male & female. The female was sick, acute diarrhea, drastic weight loss, I took her to Zita. The doctor said it might be a virus, but his only action was to give vitamins & diarrhea medicine. The day after being brought here, the female died.
After that incident, I took the male to another doctor for a vaccine, because he was afraid that the female would not die because the virus spread to the male. How surprised I was when I heard another doctor's explanation that if the situation I described was true, the female should be given an IV immediately and hospitalized. Really disappointed with this Zita Pet Clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya kucing dehidrasi karna muntah2 dan dibawa k clink ditangani dengan dokter yg sangat2 tidak ramah kesan pertama bertemu sebenarnya males bngtt tpi karna kucing butuh infus n akhirnya dirawat, muntah berhenti pindah ke pupup mencret yg isinya air sedih sdh pasti melihat kucing smp hari k 4 dan 5 gk ada perubahan pupup masih mencret air karna biaya yg gk sesikit dan menguras kanting tpi gk ada perubahan sm skli sy putuskan tuk dibawa pulang karna sempat gk yakin dirawat dstu melihat tempat yg gk bersih (jorok) bau menyengat membuat sy gk nyaman belum lagi dengan pelayanan yg sangat tidak memuaskan sesih ketika melihat kucing air pipis mengenang tidak digantikan belom lgi tidur alas triplek doang, smpt telat kucing sdh dingin yg katanya mau di kasih lampu tpi setelah di wa menanyakan penghangat baru di berikan, masih dihari pertama sy kaget lihat dibawah infus sangat bengkak dan dokter tidak tau lalu sy wa n menanyakan knp bs bengkak bru tindakan diberikan dengan pemindahan jarum infus kesebelah lagi2 kecewa menyayat hati melihat 2kali jarum bengkok n yg ketiga kalinya baru bs, yg sy pertanyakan segitu cuek kah smp gk sadar kucing bengkak ???
Saat 2 hari drmh kucing masih mencret cb wa dokter dan diminta tebus obat lagi bukan malah berenti tpi semakin menjadi pupup nya sy putuskan STOP smua obat yg diberikan dokter dengan memikirkan resiko ddpn mata kl antibiotik dstop tpi apa yg trjdi Alhamdulillah benar2 berenti mencret kucing dan smp 3 hari sy stop obatnya kucing pun pupup kembali normal
Dan sekarang sy dikejutkan dengan luka bekas infus yg sangat melebar n bernanah
Hadeeh apa lagi ini ko bs smp seperti ini bener2 KECEWA!!!
Initially the cat was dehydrated because of vomiting and was taken to the clink and was handled by a very unfriendly doctor. The first impression met was actually lazy, but because the cat needed an infusion n finally treated, vomiting stopped moving to diarrhea with sad water, I definitely saw the cat on the 4th day and 5, there is no change in the pupup, still diarrhea because the cost is not as little and it drains the family, but there is no change, now I decided to take it home because I was not sure it was cared for and saw a place that was not clean (dirty), the smell made me uncomfortable, not to mention it. Very unsatisfactory service when I saw a cat pee reminiscing not being replaced yet to sleep on plywood only, when it was late the cat was cold and he said he wanted to be given a lamp but after asking for a new warmer to be given, still on the first day I was surprised to see under the infusion Very swollen and the doctor did not know then I asked why could the swelling be given by removing the needle i the next nfus again, it was heartbreaking to see 2 times the needle bent n the third time it was just bs, the one I questioned was so ignorant, did not realize the cat was swollen ???
When 2 days drmh the cat still had diarrhea cb the doctor and asked to redeem the drug again, not even stopped but it became more and more so, I decided to STOP all the drugs given by the doctor by thinking about the risk of ddpn eye for antibiotics dstop but what happened, Alhamdulillah really stopped diarrhea and junior high school 3 days when I stopped the medication, the cat pupup returned to normal
And now I was shocked by the infusion scar which was very wide and festering
Hadeeh what else is this, how come you can like this really DISAPPOINTED !!!
