★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman pertama ke dokter hewan membawa kitten anakan kucing kampung yang suka 'mampir makan' ke rumah.
Datang sudah malam, sekitar jam 8 malam, dokter masih standby. Dokter Diana sangat ramah, supel, teliti dalam memeriksa, sabar memberi penjelasan dan juga menjawab pertanyaan2 saya yg tergolong newbie dalam urusan kucing, karena tidak ada niat pelihara khusus hanya saja kitten ini tiba2 jadi manja sekali dan sering ngikutin lalu tb2 manjat ke badan minta di peluk.
Rcp di bawah juga ramah dan baik, Setiap wa pasti di balas. harga cukup terjangkau menurut saya yg punya bayangan ke drh pasti mahal. Setelah 2 hari minum obat lsg terlihat perubahannya.
Minusnya mungkin menurut saya ruang periksa AC nya kurang terasa, itu saja sih. Selebihnya oke. Terima kasih.

The rcp below is also friendly and kind, every wa must be replied to. the price is quite affordable, in my opinion, those who have an idea of going to the drh must be expensive. After 2 days of taking the medicine, the changes were seen.
The minus, maybe in my opinion the AC check room doesn't feel good, that's all. The rest is ok. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah berkali2 ke sini, baik itu untuk grooming, vaksin dan steril. Pelayanan sangat baik, dokter dan staff juga ramah. Penjelasan dokter juga sangat baik dan mudah dimengerti.
Untuk harga steril kurang tau, karena saya ikut program steril subsidi dari Animal Defender yg bekerja sama dengan RPC. Untuk harga grooming dan vaksin sangat terjangkau

I don't know about the sterile price, because I joined the subsidized sterile program from Animal Defender in collaboration with RPC. The prices for grooming and vaccines are very affordable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge you 50K IDR for consult with doctor. 50K IDR/day for inpatient and additional 20K/day for food. Doctor will inform your cat progress day by day via whatsapp (you need to be active because sometimes they not response all of your query). It was a good service but I didnt think my cat is getting better. They charged me over 1000K for 5 days including medicine, also infus 160K + 80K (2 different type). I just hope my beloved cat was getting better overall. But actually she don't ?
