★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. 1.) WhatsApp admin and store doesn't say the same thing. Whatsapp says they can do this cut. When I'm there, they reject my request. 2.) Grumpy cashier. 3.) Cats are put in carrier after grooming while waiting for owners to arrive god-knows-when. Should have put them in cage with water at least. 4.) There's only one water bowl in the cats play room and it's empty. The cats are thirsty they drink from a sink

Usually the lack of a hotel for pet is that the air flow is not good, causing a strong smell. Also no time for cat to go outside their cage. But their vip cage is large enough for small/medium cats.
