All was good unless the guy behind the counter who had short curly hair named start "J" was so rude. He insisted me to had my Family Card that I didn't bring with me than I told him came back later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to switch my previous postpaid package to myPRIO Silver X which is advertised everywhere in the web priced Rp 80 K/month. It turns out that the price cannot be given to existing customer.
XL should be more careful in the promotion, not to let old loyal customer disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The XL centre here is actually not as nice looking as you would expect by looking at the mall. It's quite plain and small. The good thing about it is the number of the customer service counters. Making your queue bearable and faster than other XL centres.
The customer service officers, on the other hand, are very helpful, and have been trained well in product knowledge.
So if you experience problems with your XL card, head over here, and have your problems solved in a no time.
