Pelayanan GraPARI sangat tidak bagus...!!!! Kejadian tadi sekitar pukul 18:30 an... Hari Rabu, 10-07-2019. Saya datangi ke GraPARI 24 jam di gedung Wisma ALIA, Jakarta Pusat dekat Gambir. Dengan Nomor Antrian 1245 di Meja / Loket 8 di layani oleh Karyawan mengaku bernama NANDA Dia menanyakan : Ada keluhan apa? Saya jawab tidak bisa isi ulang. Dia menjelaskan : Oya pak karena kartu bapak sudah lewat masa tenggang jadi tidak bisa isi pulsa lagi dan sudah tidak Active lagi, Dan saya jelaskan kalau memang tidak Active kenapa masih bisa terima telepon? Oya pak memang kalau telp masih bisa terima... (Logika nya dimana???) Dan saya jelas kan karena hilaf isi ulang terlewat baru 3 Hari dan ketika saya isi ulang Via Internet Banking ternyata gagal terus dan saya mau ngurus untuk mengactive kan kembali kartu tersebut namun dijawab tidak Bisa !!! Harus migrasi ke Kartu Hallo atau bulanan. Padahal sebelum Terblokir pulsa saya masih lumayan banyak ada berapa Ratus Ribu rupiah. Pelayanan sangat kaku padahal di dunia Marketing kepuasan Konsumen adalah yang utama namun di GraPARI yang saya rasakan bukan kepuasan konsumen namun lebih kepuasan egois nya Telkomsel sampai mengabaikan kepuasan Konsumen nya. Padahal saya hanya ingin nomor tersebut Active kembali karena banyak Konsumen & Relasi saya juga banyak yang tau nomor tersebut. Namun dengan berat Hati dan ketidak puasan saya terhadap layanan seperti tersebut. Bahkan saya mengutarakan postingan" yg merasa kecewa atas pelayan di GraPARI banyak namun petugas tersebut berkata apabila bapak tidak puas silahkan saja... Jadi tujuan nya di bangun GraPARI untuk apa??? Katanya Melayani konsumen tapi tidak memuaskan konsumen nya itu sendiri... Ini cara marketing yang terburuk menurut saya... Apakah pihak Telkomsel membiarkan Hal seperti itu? Tolong pihak Telkomsel bertindak untuk kepuasan konsumen nya dong...!!!! Jang dibiarkan konsumen kecewa!!!
GraPARI services are not very good ... !!!! The incident was around 6:30 p.m. ... Wednesday, 10-07-2019. I went to GraPARI 24 hours at Wisma ALIA building, Central Jakarta near Gambir. With the Queue Number 1245 at Table / Counter 8 served by an employee claiming to be named NANDA He asks: What complaints? I replied that I can't refill. He explained: Oh sir, because your card is past the grace period so you can't top up again and it's no longer active, And I explain if it's not Active, why can you still accept the telephone? Oh sir, indeed, if the telephone can still accept ... (Where is the logic ???) And I am clear, right, because the refill hilaf has passed only 3 days and when I refilled Via Internet Banking it failed and I want to take care to reactivate the card but answered it Can't !!! Must migrate to Hallo or monthly cards. Even though before being blocked my credit is still pretty much how many hundreds of thousands of rupiah there are. Service is very rigid even though in the world of Marketing Consumer satisfaction is the main thing but in GraPARI I feel it is not customer satisfaction but more selfish satisfaction of Telkomsel to ignore its Customer satisfaction. Even though I only want the number Active again because many of my Consumers & Relationships also know that number. But with a heavy heart and my dissatisfaction with such services. In fact, I expressed the post "who felt disappointed over the servants at GraPARI a lot but the officer said if you are not satisfied, please just ... So what purpose does GraPARI build for ??? He said Serving consumers but not satisfying the consumers themselves ... This is the worst way of marketing in my opinion ... Does Telkomsel allow such a thing? Please Telkomsel to act to satisfy its customers ... !!!! That is let consumers disappointed !!!

Protokol covid-19 kurang oke. Tempat tunggu antrian jauh dari meja pelayan. CS nya cuman teriak2 dari mejanya suaranya ga kedengaran. At least dijemput kek ke ruang tunggu. Yang lucu greeting nya "Ada keluhan apa?" berasa kayak dirumah sakit padahal yang datang belum tentu ada keluhan.. silly sih. Kelas BUMN loh ini..
Covid-19 protocol is not okay. The queue waiting area is far from the waiter's table. The CS was just screaming from his desk, his voice couldn't be heard. At least he was picked up at the waiting room. The funny greeting was "What's the complaint?" feels like a hospital even though there aren't necessarily any complaints ... silly. This SOE class ...

Grapari yang sangat modern dan canggih. Pelayanan sangat ramah. Sangat membantu kebutuhan komplain dan aneka pelayanan terkait Telkomsel dan Telkom.

Pelayanan cepat, buka jam 08.00 saya datang pkl 08.45 masih sepi sekali, ada kurang lebih 4 petugas CS , mulai dari security sampai petugas CS ramah dan sangat helpfull, Tips kalo kesini bawa KTP, KK, dan materai ya supaya lebih cepat prosesnya dan tidak dikenai biaya sama sekali
Fast service, open at 08.00 I came at 08.45 it was still very quiet, there were approximately 4 CS officers, from security to CS officers were friendly and very helpful, Tips if you come here, bring your KTP, KK, and stamp so that the process is faster and there is no charge at all

As a foreigner you have to register your Number every month or they block your card. Ridiculios. It took me a while to make the service personnel understand to take my complaint to their superior to change this useless telkomsel process.

The worst service I have ever received from a multi billion dollar company. As a public listed company, Telkomsel should invest more on service rather than marketing. Grapari as telkomsel’s after service division failed their loyal customer as they have to Wait a very long time just to switch a busted SIM card. This problem can easily be averted if they hire more staff and train their staff better to provide faster solutions for their customers. It’s quite disappointing for a multi mobil lion dollar company who owns the market yet it seems to be to careless with their customers. This apply to all your Grapari branch including my last month’s visit to Bandung Rancaekek branch.
