★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just need to change a normal sim card to nano sim card which Telkomsel possess the quick machine that customer can use without queueing. But unfortunately being dilligent and all, I followed their guidance to take normal queue number and waited for an hour. So guess what comes after that long waiting? The lady who served me went to that machine and in just less than 5 minutes the nano card is done. In addition she was using unpleasant tone when speaking. For information purpose, changing sim card charged me zero rupiah. So yeah :(

First, when you want to enter, you will be given a queue ticket according to your needs. the queue isn't too long and their service is fast and customer services very helpful. for the replacement of the lost simcard is charged IDR 25.000. cons the room is quite hot, even though is should be cooler like Indosat Customer Care which is located in one building with them.
