★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bukanya sampe jam 7 malem aja. Ganti touchscreen bisa ditunggu 1 jam. Sebelum ditinggal jalan2 pastikan warna touchscreen yang dipingin sesuai. Bener2 di lantai 6 paling atas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang kesini ga ekspek untuk diganti unit baru.
Pemakaian redmi note10pro 7bulan, HP 2 kali seperti layar TV rusak. 1kali pas di restart ga nyala nyala, stuck di tulisan 'Redmi' aja.
Cm pengen tau, HP ini kenapa, apa penyebab nya, dan solusinya gimana. Paling ga, kalau ga ada penanganan dr service center. Saya bisa menjaga dr pemakaian saya sendiri.
Dia bilang hrs di instal ulang, dan data2 akan hilang. Saya fine dan turuti. Tapi pas kelar di cek. Saya tanya 'jadi apa rusaknya, kenapa hapenya'.
Dengan enaknya jawab 'Oh kalo itu kita gatau, tapi tadi dicoba nonton yutub gpp sih, ga mati ga apa'
Woyyyy, lu nonton yutub juga cm beberapa jam.
Terus saya coba sabar dan tanya 'kalo misal nanti begini lagi gimana',
Dia jawab 'langsung di videoin, trs kesini aja. Jadi disertai bukti untuk approve bla bla bla'
Saya tau itu S.O.P , makanya saya tanya 'mba nanti kalo misal dijalan gabisa videoin gimana ya, udah 2kali begini, dan dijalan'
Mba nya jawab 'harus ada' (dengan nada yg menurut saya aga menyolot)
Maaf banget. Jadi ini saya pulang gadapet apa apa.malah dapet data hilang dan jawaban 'oh kalo untuk kenapa nya kita gatau, dicoba nonton yutub tadi gpp'
Jadi saya gatau, Apakah memang dari xiaomi nya begini?

Using redmi note10pro 7 months, HP 2 times like a broken TV screen. Once when I restarted it didn't turn on, it just stuck at the words 'Redmi'.
I just want to know, why is this HP, what is the cause, and what is the solution. At least, if there is no handling from the service center. I can take care of my own usage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan jengkel pas kesini jam 10 hasil liat web. Ternyata pas sampe sana jam 11 br buka. Nganterin kk service hp redmi note 8 batre kembung. Akhirnya setelah 10 hari kerja total 2 minggu include weekend diganti unit baru jd redmi note 9 krn udah ga produksi baterainya dan tanpa tambahan biaya krn masih ada garansi. Minus 1 star krn susah follow up staffnya. Dikasih no wa tp pas dihubungin ga dibls. Sama mohon update info kalau ada perubahan jam operasional di web ya.
Btw saya kesana tgl 3 maret yaaa. Gatau skrg kebijakannya gmn..
Pretty annoyed when I came here at 10 am looking at the web. It turned out that when I got there at 11 it was open. Waiting for service for the redmi note 8 cellphone, the battery is bloated. Finally, after 10 working days, a total of 2 weeks including the weekend, the new unit was replaced so the redmi note 9 was no longer producing the battery and without additional costs because there was still a warranty. Minus 1 star because it's hard to follow up the staff. Was given a wa number but when contacted it was not answered. Same, please update the info if there is a change in operating hours on the web.
Btw, I was there on March 3rd. I don't know what the policy is now..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cepat, ramah. Tempat menunggu juga nyaman. Saat kemarin kesana sepi mungkin karena pandemi. Saya menyerviskan power bank xiaomi yg tidak berfungsi sejak awal pembelian. Lalu oleh CS diberikan beberapa solusi, salah satunya diganti barang baru dgn spesifikasi yg sama. Barang dikirim via pos, kurang lebih 3 hari power bank sudah saya terima via pos. Thanks a lot.
Fast, friendly service. The waiting area is also comfortable. Yesterday it was quiet maybe because of the pandemic. I serviced the xiaomi power bank which didn't work since the first purchase. Then CS gave several solutions, one of which was replaced with new items with the same specifications. The goods were sent via post, I received the power bank in about 3 days by post. Thanks a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is crowded, not enough seating areas. Though there are three staffs on duty, technician in charge only one person. Spend around three hours here, just waiting in queue, and having the battery replaced.
