★ ★ ★ ★ ★ klaim garansi aksesoris bs di unicom udah 3 minggu belom ada kejelasan. cs unicom selalu bilang belom dikirim dari pihak bs karna barang kosong. sampah bgt pelayanan bs dipegang unicom. akun sosmed pada mati jarang aktif, kontak cs unicom & bs di chat gak ada balesan sama sekali! intinya pelayanan buruk! punya nomor cs tapi gak bisa dihubungi! perusahaan yang katanya megang garansi resmi multi brand tapi kenyataannya kayak perusahaan garansi "distributor" yang sistemnya beli lepas tanpa mikirin after sales
the warranty claim for bs accessories at Unicom has been confirmed for 3 weeks. CS Unicom always says it hasn't been sent from the BS because the goods are empty. waste bgt bs service can be held by unicom. Social media accounts on death are rarely active, CS Unicom & BS contacts in the chat have no reply at all! the point is bad service! have a CS number but can't be contacted! companies that are said to hold official multi-brand guarantees but in reality are like "distributor" guarantee companies whose systems are free to buy without thinking about after sales

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ternyata sudah pindah lagi ke ITC Cempaka Mas Lantai 6 (Juli 2020). Menurut petugas, pindah kesini hanya pada saat PSBB saja.
It turned out that it had moved again to ITC Cempaka Mas Floor 6 (July 2020). According to the officer, he only moved here during the PSBB.
