Asal kerusakannya bagian perangkat lunak atau software atau update, garansi tetap berlaku alias tidak mengeluarkan uang untuk servis infinix. Kecuali, kalo rusaknya casing, LCD, dan kerusakan fisik lainnya maka garansinya tidak berlaku.
Kekurangannya mungkin harus nunggu 3 hari kerja baru bisa diambil. Namun, kita dikasih nomor WA untuk menanyakan progress servis hp atau sudah bisa diambil pada hari yang dijanjikan.
