★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lama hasilnya pelayanan buruk. Saya swab hari selasa pagi... Sampai bsknya jam yang sama belum terima hasil baik di email dan di aplikasi.. Jadi saya datangi lagi bsknya.. dan setelah saya datangi mereka juga belum punya hasilnya dan mesti menunggu hampir 1 jam lagi.. Prokes nya juga gak ketat di ruang tunggu... Orang masuk banyak yg tidak cuci tangan dulu... Di ruang tunggu bisa ad kerumunan orang berdempetan.. Kalo bisa cari klinik lain untuk keselamatan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semakin ke sini hasil rapid keluarnya makin lama, masa namanya rapid keluarnya sampai H+1 aja belum ada. Dan maunya customer hasil bisa didapat via email/aplikasi, namun sampai H+1 pun belum didapat. Padahal utk keperluan meeting. Bagaimana klo utk keperluan perjalanan umum ??♀️ semoga semakin membaik pelayanannya.

Not recommended, come at 3. It says it's closed, the employees are ready to go home even though it's 3 o'clock in the middle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya sih bersih dan dekat dari rumah. Saya Rapid serologi via halodoc di sini. Cuma bisa kasih 3 bintang, karena murah, dekat dan bersih
alesan yg pertama karena di deskripsi tertulis hasil akan keluar 3-4 jam, ternyata lebih. Saya rapid jam 1 siang, keluar sekitar pukul 8/9 malam. Tertulis akan keluar hasil di email dan aplikasi, nyatanya cuma di aplikasi saja, di email tidak ada. Buat apa tulis email?
Pelayanan kurang ramah serta tidak memastikan kembali nomor handphone serta email customer. Data diri disuruh isi sendiri di form, terakhir saya swab di tmpt lain, di isikan oleh admin/ petugas front office.
Petugas medis juga tidak full APD, di klinik sebelumnya saya bertemu dengan petugas media full APD

the first reason is because in the written description the results will come out 3-4 hours, it turns out more. I am rapid at 1 in the afternoon, going out around 8/9 at night. Written results will appear in the email and application, in fact it is only in the application, there is no email. Why write an email?
The service is not friendly and does not confirm the customer's cellphone number and email. My personal data was asked to fill in myself on the form, finally I swab it in another place, filled in by the admin / front office officer.
The medical staff is also not full PPE. At the clinic before, I met a full PPE media officer

Jam 1 lewat 15 blm mulai juga, blg nya masih istirahat.
Jadi yg mau periksa disini, mending cari tempat lain aja yg lbh PROFESIONAL
