★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laptop Acer Spin1, dalam 1 tahun sudah 2x klaim garansi,... kualitas nya aduh... pilih type lain saja.
Hampir 1 bulan sy menunggu perbaikan/service... ?
Acer Spin1 laptop, in 1 year there have been 2x warranty claims,... the quality is ouch... just choose another type.
I've been waiting for repair/service for almost 1 month...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan udah bagus. pengerjaannya kurang rapih. abis clean & repasta, dibagian port ethernet kurang rapet nutupnya tapi masih bisa dibenerin sendiri, dibagian deket touchpad ada yg kurang rapet, tapi gabisa dibenerin entah penguncinya kendor/gimana
service is good. workmanship is not neat. after cleaning & pasting, the ethernet port is not tightly closed but can still be fixed, near the touchpad there is something that is not tight enough, but can't be fixed, whether the lock is loose/what

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mbaknya ramah pake bgt, laptop saya bermasalah di adapter/chargernya dan lgsg diganti baru. Nunggu gantinya jg cepet bgt cm sekitar 3 harian. Mantap pokoknya, dipertahankan ya.
Ms. is very friendly, my laptop has a problem with the adapter/charger and it was immediately replaced with a new one. Waiting for the replacement is really fast, about 3 days. It's great, keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop's keyboard got an issue with some of its keys are not working properly. At first they said they're gonna re-install the software, which is the Windows. Of course, I've deposited my money. If the re-installing still doesn't work, they said they will change it by the hardware, the keyboard itself. And I agreed with the price for the new keyboard. More than a week of repairing, they notified me all of sudden said that the hardware have already discontinued. Such a wasting time. They didn't even re-install the Windows with the new one, they did nothing, NOTHING. My deposit money, gone for nothing, not even a new Windows.

They are authorized cwnter for acer laptops, brother printers, philips monitor and several brands I don't know before.
The service is good and friendly staff.
