★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa saya,memang si brobat waktu nya memet udh jam 22:00,tp DR masih ada lgi idupin motor,knpa DR ga punya HATI NURANi sama sekali,ngeliat saya sakit,apa salah nya priksa sebntar..klo memang punya hati mah,orang skit nya sekarang,msa di suruh besok brobat nya..
 I was disappointed, indeed the brobat when I turned it at 22:00, but the DR still had more motorbikes, why didn't the DR have a conscience at all, seeing me hurt, what's wrong with checking before ... if I really had a heart, people skit now, msa told tomorrow brobat ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik bpjs saya,,pelayanan bagus,dokternya profesional,ramah,tempatnya representatif,,kalo bisa ac dimaksimalkan,soalnya kirang dingin,apalagi kalo pasien lagi banyak,suka gerah,,obat2 nya juga lumayan manjur untuk ukuran obat generik..pemberian rujukan juga cepat,,untuk ulasan lainnya biar bintang yang bicara..
My BPJS clinic is good service, the doctor is professional, friendly, the place is representative ,, if it can be maximized, the problem is lacking cold, especially if there are many more patients, like it hot, the drugs are also quite effective for generic drug sizes ... giving references also fast ,, for other reviews let the stars do the talking ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau minta surat rujukan aja susah, pdhl org lain di klinik lain gampang2 aja. Pdhl cuma minta surat rujukan buat cek mata sm tes darah k RS bilangnya ga usah, jgn suka mempersulit org, kelak kau jg akan d persulit nanti di akhirat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ anak batuk sdh 3 kali berobat blm ada perubahan terahir badan panas sdh 4 hari, katanya ada lab. tapi ga di cek darah, minta rujukan kata dokter tidak ada urgensinya!, keesokan harinya masuk ugd di rawat lah 4 hari karena leukosit di atas normal, ini klinik diagnosanya bener atau engga? pengalaman sy panas 3 hari sudah harus tes lab darah, mau positip ringan atau berat hasil labnya tp ada tindak lanjutnya, kenapa sdh 3x berobat blm sembuh,? harusnya serahkan ke spesialis dokter di rumah sakit. dokternya di mintakan rujukan ga bisa mutusin, malah di serahin ke admnya yg kasih keputusan lah ini dokternya kalah sama Admnya.......dokternya beneran ga sih. saya pernah di klinik lain dan bagus, sy pindah kesini karena mau dekat rumah dan saya lihat ramai, tp pengalaman yg bisa sy nulis gini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lahiran disini pengalaman pait sampe trauma, bidannya sadis jutek, lahiran dibentak2 ga ada ramahnya.. pernah saya protes kirim keluhan ke WA csnya, dijawab sama dr. Ahmad dengan meminta maaf. Sampe males berobat disini klo ga kepepet bgt.
Pengalaman berobat hari ini, anak saya keluhan batuk pilek namun sudah mendingan, dan yg sedang urgent muntah2 dan demam. Cuma diwawancara doank, dicolek aja enggak. Ditanya mau obatnya puyer atau sirup, saya jawab sirup. Pas pengambilan obat dikasih obat satu macam, berbentuk puyer dan hebatnya dikasih obat batuk pilek ? sempet protes ke apotekernya cuma jawab santai katanya muntah karena batuk ? sumpah ni ga ada perubahannya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call center untuk janjian dengan spog nya tidak pernah merespon tapi wa dibaca. Kalau memang tidak siap membuka spog mendingan pake bidan aja jadi pasien tidak perlu berharap bisa usg diklinik dekat rumah.. Lagian faskes ini bukan satu satunya klinik yang bisa usg dan ada dokter kandungan jadi sayang aja kalau akhirnya ditinggal pasien karena mekanisme yang blibet dan tidak siap melayani.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pindah dari puskesmas kesini karna buka 24 jam seminggu. Tapi mungkin karena covid atau alasan apa, sekarang gak 24 jam lagi dan katanya Minggu tutup.
Saya baru tau saat Isteri saya mau melahirkan, jam 6 pagi panggil-panggil dari depan klinik gak ada yg jawab, telpon ke nomor yg tertera di depan klinik gak diangkat. Untung gak jauh ada klinik bidan Mumun buka, sekitar 15 menit kemudian anak saya lahir.
