This is the less crowded version of Tamansari, in my opinion. Might be a little hard to find, and better come with motorcycle since you need to go through a smaller alley to arrive here. But definitely a great photo spot... if you feel patient enough to wait for other people to move around ?

There is no burden on the entrance ticket of many rupiahs to peek inside. enough with just a few thousand rupiahs for parking fees, and even then if you use a private vehicle. But the ruins of the pesanggrahan which was built by one of the rulers of the Yogyakarta Sultanate seemed empty of visitors. It feels like the angkringan peddlers in front of him also have no desire to go down, let alone introduce him. Too quiet as if the place was filled with a mystical aura that made them reluctant to enter. His fate really contradicts Taman Sari in the Yogyakarta Sultanate Palace complex, although both of them once functioned as the king's baths.

Admission is free and there is a parking fee. It used to be a royal bathhouse. The water was a little dirty, but it is a place worth stopping by.

A historic place that used to be a recreation places back in the glorious times. The Jogjakarta emperor build it for the family recreation and amusement places like Taman Sari Water Castle. If you come on daylight, don't forget to bring your umbrella and sun glasses. Because it had no roof. An open air. So the sunshine directly hit your skin. It can be very hot there. Bring water too.

Don't come here during hot weather, but pros side, you can get many spot for great photos because many angle and stairs, window and door. If you hunt for photography session, this place is a must. But when it is too crowded, i think you need to wait in line

Cute place but feeling so ‘empty’. No need to pay, but if you need to parking your own transport you will charge for parking fee.

There’s no entrance fee, we just have to pay for the parking site and its only 15k i think. Love the place !! Its tiny and not as crowded as tamansari. And they have the similar kind of architecture / site (??)
