Harga cenderung mahal. 10 tusuk 30ribu. mungkin karena pakai ayam kampung. porsi daging satu tusuk termasuk sedikit.
lontongnya kecil dibanderol 4ribu, menurut saya kemahalan.
Rasa daging pada sate sudah enak meskipun tanpa saus kacang karena dibumbui & dibakar dengan baik. Menurut saya, daging ga cuma dibakar dengan kecap. Meskipun pakai ayam kampung, daging tetap empuk.
Saus kacang penampakannya halus, dibandingkan dengan saus kacang sate pada umumnya yang masih tampak serpihan kacang. konsistensi agak kental, rasio manisnya kecap dgn gurihnya kacangnya sudah baik. suka sama rasanya tapi sepertinya ga sampai bela2in akan datang ke sini pas ingin sate. karena di kota saya ada yg rasanya mirip, enak juga, lebih murah, dan porsi daging besar.
selain daging ayam, ada sate ati, usus, kulit.
Small place but pretty clean.
Prices tend to be expensive. 10 sticks 30 thousand. maybe because of using free-range chicken. portion of meat one skewer including a little.
The small lontong is priced at 4 thousand, I think it's too expensive.
The taste of the meat on the satay was good even without the peanut sauce as it was seasoned & grilled well. In my opinion, meat is not only grilled with soy sauce. Even though you use free-range chicken, the meat is still tender.
The peanut sauce has a smooth appearance, compared to the typical peanut sauce, which still looks like peanut flakes. The consistency is a bit thick, the ratio of the sweetness of the soy sauce to the savory of the peanuts is good. I like the taste but it doesn't seem like Bela2in will come here when I want satay. because in my city there is one that tastes similar, tastes good too, is cheaper, and has a large portion of meat.
besides chicken meat, there are liver, intestine, skin satay.
