Poor, service is not fast enough. Have to wait for hours even though there are not too many queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat yang mau ngurus masalah atm atau yang lainnya bisa datang lebih pagi atau jam 7 pagi buat ngambil nomor antrian, karena antrian sangat banyak sekali dan kurangnya tempat duduk buat antrian

Tempatnya bersih AC nya nyala
Pelayanan sangat memuaskan teller nya ramah santun, kalo ada keperluan dan butuh bantuan satpam nya bakal mbantuin
Banknnya rame poll kalo ke BNI selalu antri untung pelayanannya bagus
Sayangnya tempat parkirnya kecil tapi di jagain sama tukang parkir kok jadi aman aman aja

The service was very satisfying, the tellers were polite, if there was a need and needed help, the security guard would help
The bank is busy polling to BNI always waiting in line for good service
Unfortunately the parking lot is small but in the same guard parking lot so it's safe just safe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagi tadi mengurus kartu atm yg ga bisa untuk transaksi di atm BNI. Sampai kantor jam 7.30 dapat antrian nomor 8. Jam 8.00 mulai pelayanan, jam 9.30an dipanggil mbak2 cs nya. Sekitar 10 menitan selesai dan atm bisa digunakan kembali.
This morning I took care of an atm card that couldn't for transactions at BNI atm. Until the office at 7.30, you can queue number 8. At 8.00 start service, at 9.30 am the cs are called. About 10 minutes is over and atm can be used again.

Pelayanan sangat lama
Yang kepepet ke sini persiapan bawa ransum atau bekal yang banyak biar nggak dehidrasi atau kelaparan karena lama menunggu ?
Kata pak satpam nya istirahat 2 jam wkwkwk.. Fix kalau dateng lebih dr jam 8 bawa perlengkapan camping sekalian
