maaf tak kasih bintang 2 aja, pelayanan kurang puas, antrian cs lama jam 09.00 datang dah ndak kebagian nomer, antrian kelewat langsung hangus. prosedur pelayanan ndak jelas

Untuk sekelas Bank dengan nasabah yang luar biasa banyak, CS hanya 2 dan pelayanan sangat lama. Jam 07.30 ambil antrian dapat nomer antrian CS 19, Jam set 10.30 baru dapat panggilan. Harusnya CS perlu ditambah.

Mungkin bisa ditingkatkan untuk layanan customer service. Saya rasa perlu minimal 3 orang customer service supaya tidak menunggu terlalu lama.. Paling tidak jika ada yang istirahat customer service yang lain bisa menghandle terlebih dahulu. Coba diperbaiki sistem pelayanan terutama bagian customer service agar pengunjung yang antri tidak terlalu lama untuk menunggu antrian. Untuk bagian ATM, hanya memberikan saran mungin bisa diberikan kanopi untuk tempat tunggu antrian atm agar pengunjung tidak merasa kepanasan. terimakasih.

Gedung baru lebih megah dan luas..mgkin untuk pelayanannya juga harus dtgkatkan lagi.antri di cs lamaaa sekali,kalau bisa dtambah lagi petugasnya,biar nasabah tidak menumpuk sampai hrus mnunggu diluar.masa 1 nasabah di cs melayaninya bisa sampe 1jam..waah luar biasa..
