★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sungguh mengecewakan, system yg selalu down jadi ngurus apa2 serba lambat ... Tidak semua pegawai mengerti tentang pengurusannya terlalu kaku tidak flexible.
The service is really disappointing, the system is always down so taking care of things is slow... Not all employees understand that the management is too rigid and inflexible.
