★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan disini bener2 kacau,yg harus nya bisa simple dibikin ribet,apalagi klo gak ada amplop nya...pak lurah kan tokoh masyarakat,bnyak masyarakat yg butuh tandatangan lurah,klo gak bisa hadir harus nya ada yg bisa mewakilkan,buat urusan yg harus nya bisa selesai sehari,karena nungguin tandatangan lurah,bisa seminggu selesai dgn alasan yg kadangkala gak masuk diakal,hanya alesan cuma ngajak anak nya makan diluar,harus nya jam 8 pak lurah itu sudah ditempat tugas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau ngurus pindah datang, disuruh ke ke kecamatan. Udah ke kecamatan disuruh balik lg ke kelurahan. Lucunya, pegawai kecamatan sini pd gak tau ada aturan baru. Akhirnya saya disuruh online, dan pas saya tanya stepnya MEREKA JG GA NGERTI. Pegawainya parah banget, kacau.

The funny thing is, the sub-district employees here don't know there is a new rule. Finally I was told to go online, and when I asked the steps THEY DON'T KNOW. The staff is really bad, messy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk memperbaharui KK karena perubahan data bisa lewat kelurahan, form yang disiapkan form 102, form 106 pakai materai 10rb, foto copy KTP, KK asli & fotocopy, dokumen pendukung untuk data yang berubah. nanti pengiriman dokumen lewat ojol, selama data lengkap tidak bertele2. Salam perubahan untuk kelurahan pondok betung..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depan Kantor Kelurahan Pondok Betung ini terdapat Samsat Keliling, sangat membantu dalam pengurusan Pajak Tahunan Kendaraan Bermotor. Cukup bawa KTP (asli & copy), STNK (asli & copy), BPKB (asli & copy). Proses cepat tidak sampai 10 menit, antrian tidak terlalu ramai saat saya hanya ada 3-5 orang saja.
Hanya perlu di cek kembali tagihannya ternyata diminta lebih dari nominal tagihan, seperti saya tercetak tagihan pajak motor Rp 201.300 tapi yang diminta Rp 205.000 padahal kalau mau dibulatkan tidak perlu jauh-jauh Rp 202.000 juga cukup. Pembayaran harus tunai, atau bisa transfer ke Bank Banten.
Pelayanan baik,kurangnya hanya nominal saja diminta lebih. Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi.

Just bring your KTP (original & copy), STNK (original & copy), BPKB (original & copy). The process is fast, less than 10 minutes, the queue is not too crowded when I only have 3-5 people.
It only needs to be checked again, the bill turns out to be more than the nominal bill, like I printed a motorbike tax bill of Rp. 201,300 but what was asked for Rp. 205,000, even though if you want it rounded up, you don't have to go far, Rp. 202,000 is also enough. Payment must be in cash, or you can transfer to Bank Banten.
Good service, the lack is only nominal, more is asked. Hopefully in the future it will be better.
